345wi Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing the 345wi website at https://345wi.bet, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 345wi (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 345wi in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all 345wi services including but not limited to: live casino games, sports betting, crash games, poker, baccarat, roulette, and all promotional activities. Specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions may supplement these Terms where applicable, and in the event of a conflict, the more specific document takes precedence for that specific matter.

345wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of 345wi after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 345wi's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. The registration process requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate personal information. By submitting a registration, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful.
• You are not already the holder of an active or suspended 345wi account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of 345wi or any of its affiliated companies.

345wi maintains the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Documents may include a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in temporary account restriction until the verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wi account credentials, including your password. Any activity carried out using your login details is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 345wi support immediately at support@345wi.bet.

All financial transactions on 345wi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 345wi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 345wi is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically credited to your 345wi wallet within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. 345wi does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically settled within one working day. Before your first withdrawal, 345wi may request KYC documentation as described in Section 2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit or to an account verified as belonging to you.

Withdrawal to original method: Where possible, 345wi applies an "original payment method" policy — funds are returned to the same method used for the deposit. If this is not possible due to technical or policy reasons, an alternative verified method may be used at 345wi's discretion.

345wi offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and free plays. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the 345wi platform. The general bonus rules that apply across all 345wi promotions are set out below.

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 345wi contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and live poker may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your 345wi account. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the point of bonus expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, only one bonus can be active in your 345wi account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: 345wi monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is detected.

The referral programme at 345wi rewards you when someone you refer registers and makes their first deposit. Referral rewards are credited once the referred player's account has been verified and the qualifying deposit confirmed. All bets placed on 345wi — whether sports bets, casino wagers, poker buy-ins, or crash game stakes — are subject to the following general rules.

• Finality of results: Game and event results as determined by 345wi's system are final. In sports betting, results are settled in line with official results from recognised governing bodies. In live casino, the dealer's actions as recorded on the video stream are definitive.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in circumstances including: technical failure preventing a fair outcome, an event being cancelled or abandoned, or an obvious pricing error by 345wi. Void bets are credited back to your PKR wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market has minimum and maximum stake limits displayed before you confirm a wager. 345wi reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may apply individual account stake restrictions where warranted.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a game, 345wi's server records are used to determine the outcome. If a round was not completed, the stake will be returned. If a round was completed on the server before disconnection, that result stands.
• Currency: All stakes and payouts are in PKR. No bets can be placed in foreign currencies.

For sports betting specifically: bets accepted before an event begins are settled on the final result of that event. Bets accepted on in-play markets are settled on the result at the point of the bet's outcome resolution. 345wi reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time without notice.

345wi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We take this responsibility seriously and have built tools directly into the platform to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following tools are available to all 345wi account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit to your 345wi account. Limits are applied immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts at intervals of your choosing to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your ability to log in to and use 345wi. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. The minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days. During a self-exclusion period, 345wi will not send promotional communications to your registered contact details.
• Reality checks: Pop-up reminders during play that display how long your current session has lasted and your net win or loss for that session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wi. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with 345wi in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the 345wi platform in any way.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Accessing 345wi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Sharing your 345wi account login with any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any 345wi software.
• Making false or misleading claims to 345wi support in order to obtain refunds, adjustments, or account credits.

345wi employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, accounts will be suspended without prior notice. Any balance — including genuine deposits — may be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

345wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that 345wi considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real money deposits — may be forfeited in cases where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach by the player (for example, a decision by 345wi to exit a specific market), any remaining balance of verified real-money funds will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 345wi account should contact support@345wi.bet. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations already established between the player and 345wi at the time of closure.

All content on the 345wi platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 345wi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 345wi solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 345wi content without prior written permission from 345wi.

The 345wi name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is prohibited and will be pursued legally.

345wi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gaming sessions due to technical failure.

345wi's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance held in that player's 345wi account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 345wi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

345wi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform. By registering an account, you consent to 345wi processing your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes: name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (with your consent) marketing communications.

345wi uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment data is handled through secure, certified payment gateways and is not stored in plaintext on 345wi servers.

345wi will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention agencies as required by law or contract.

For significant changes, 345wi will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 345wi after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using 345wi and may request account closure by contacting support@345wi.bet.

These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 345wi's internal complaints process may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
